Kathleen and her partner, Kris, were punctual on the day of the event. They set up quickly and went straight to work. She was very communicative throughout the set-up to ensure we stay on track with our timeline as coordinated with the photographers. She went above and beyond to touch-up hair for those who finished in the beginning. She even stayed throughout our bridal party pajama photoshoot until I was dressed in my wedding dress, shoes, and accessories to show the maid of honor how to properly remove the veil as planned later in the event.
